Sent incorrect item with zero response

I’m rather mystified to be asked to review this product given I never actually received it. I was mistakenly shipped five packets of the full-sized kid hangers rather than the doll hangers, and despite numerous messages and emails to the shop, I have had no response (let alone instructions how to rectify the issue).

All I can say is, don’t buy from this seller or store. You’ll get no customer service, no response, nothing. Even when the error is theirs. I spent nearly $200 and it is now down the drain. Stay away and beware.
