Sizing and Color

All products we sell are handmade using natural rattan, therefore, they do vary in size, weave, and color. That includes the rattan piece that's placed on the pop socket or knob itself. We find the beauty in these variations. Because they are natural they are like us people. We vary from person to person. The variances do not in any way affect the usability of the products and is not considered a defect.

Care instructions

If you need to clean your rattan product, simply wipe it off with a dry soft cloth. Microfiber towels work great to remove dust and dirt. Always store your and display your rattan item indoors in a cool and dry place. Feel free to message us if you need help cleaning one of the rattan products you purchased from us.

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. I am not responsible for incorrect addresses. If your order is returned because the address was incorrectly entered on your order, you will have to pay for shipping again.

 

Shipping and Cancellations

We try our best to get all of the orders out as soon as I receive them. We know how excited you are for you order and we are just as excited for you to receive them. All orders are shipped next business day (M-F). This excludes USA Federal Holidays as the postal carriers are closed.

 

If you need your order sooner, please choose a faster method of shipping. Please note, while we make every attempt to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, USPS Priority does not guarantee their delivery times, and delays do happen which are out of our reach. Please also note that the shipping method you choose does not alter the speed we are able to create your products. Our products are handmade, and our rattan furniture knobs are made to order. All shipping lead times (the time it takes between your order being placed to the time we ship) is listed on each product listing.

 

If you need to cancel your order, please feel free to email me. If your order has not been packaged and/or shipped we will do our best to accommodate you, however, in most cases, because we ship orders so fast, it is not possible to cancel orders.

 

We do want you to love what you ordered from us. Please note all sales have a 15 day return policy from the date your package is delivered. A 15% restock fee will apply as we are charged this by our warehouse to re-inventory the product. The item must be unopened, sealed in its box, and in new condition for return or exchange to be accepted. 

 

If you have an issue with your order or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
